Terms of service

These terms govern use of Redtrail, provided by EZBLOCK INC.

The service

Redtrail lets AI agents you authorise edit documents you have open in Microsoft Word as tracked changes, and optionally records those edits in a history your tenant controls. You are responsible for the agents you connect and for reviewing the changes they make.

Accounts and seats

A seat is a person who signs in from an agent client. Team and Enterprise plans are billed per seat. The Word add-in is provided free of charge through the Microsoft Marketplace.

Your content

Your documents remain yours and remain in your Microsoft 365 tenant. We claim no rights over them. Encrypted history is processed on your instruction and can be exported or deleted by your administrators at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to access documents you are not authorised to access, to circumvent your organisation's policies, or to interfere with the service's operation.

Availability and support

Service levels and support terms for paid plans will be published here before launch.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is during the early-access period and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
