Privacy policy

This policy describes what EZBLOCK INC ("we") collects when you use Redtrail and the redtrail.ai website, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account data: your tenant id, user principal name, display name and the names of the agent devices you authorise.
• Session and audit metadata: document identifiers, SharePoint location identifiers, version pointers, operation types, anchors, hashes and timestamps.
• Change history, only if your tenant enables it: one event per agent operation, with text fields encrypted under your tenant key or your own key.
• Website data: the email address and role you submit on the early-access form, and standard server logs.

What we do not collect

• Copies of your documents. Documents stay in your SharePoint.
• Tool payloads passing through the relay. The relay is stateless and keeps no payload logs.
• Plaintext of history content fields.

How we use it

To operate the service, to bill seats, to provide audit and history features to your tenant administrators, and to contact you about early access if you asked us to. We do not sell personal data and we do not use document content to train models.

Where it is stored

In the region your tenant selected (United States or European Union). Sub-processors will be listed here before launch.

Your controls

Tenant administrators can export, pause and hard-delete history per document and per tenant, revoke agent grants, and off-board entirely. Individuals may write to [email protected] to access or delete data we hold about them.
